Auction 10am on Saturday November 11th 2017 at Wilsons Auctions rooms, Kingswood Interchange, Exit 2 Naas Road, Dublin 22.

REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDING AT THE QUARRIES & LAND AUCTION

• Anyone wishing to bid at the auction is required to pay a €10,000 bidding deposit to Wilsons Auctions prior to Thursday 9thNovember 2017. (Refundable next working day after sale if no purchase is made).
• All registered bidders wishing to bring additional persons to the auction must provide their details to Ganly Walters by Friday 10thNovember 2017.
• Photographic identification (no under 18's permitted), must be shown by every person at the door in order to gain entry. Entry will not be permitted without it.
• An additional part payment of 10% of the purchase price will be required on the fall of the hammer.

  This parcel of land is approximately c.7.24 ha – c.17.8 acres and is located c. 200 metres south west of the Clonmelsh Quarry. The lands enjoy easy access via a local road (L-3045) in close proximity to Junction 6 of the M9. 
  The lands are current all in tillage except for a centrally located dormant sand and gravel pit under grass. The tillage area is of excellent quality and bound by natural hedging with good road frontage.
